DeLuca
Photography provides unique Customer Service for customers
seeking high quality with personal flair, flexibility
It’s
a given that premier photographers should provide excellent
quality and product offerings. But what happens when the
groom has forgotten to bring his socks to the wedding, three
out of seven bridesmaids have a dress emergency that requires
a pair of scissors or thread and needle, and the wedding
coordinator has not shown up due to a nasty case of the flu?
This is what distinguishes the professionals from the amateurs in the photography
business, say Matt, Marge and John DeLuca, three members of a family-run photography
business that has provided all of these emergency measures, and more.
“ It’s not enough to get the requested photos for your bride and
groom,” said Marge DeLuca, who, along with her sons, Matt and John, shoot
weddings of all types throughout the year, along with sports, portrait, and special
event photography.
“ When we shoot weddings, we approach each event with a plan, because there
is only one chance to get the wedding story documented from beginning to end
for our brides and grooms. However, if that plan goes awry, we’re ready
to step in and help, because it’s our mission to do whatever it takes to
provide storybook weddings with a personal touch, even if we have to step in
to help serve as coordinator and a team photographer.”
Examples of DeLuca Photography’s unique service include a wedding in Marshallville,
Ohio, where the bride requested that part of her storybook wedding photos be
taken during the early morning hours of the day while all her bridesmaids had
their hair and makeup applied in a local beauty shop.
“ This bride literally took over a beauty shop, and we got the shots she
requested during a three-hour vigil at this shop, including the final toast and
departure to the church,” said Marge DeLuca.
The DeLuca Photography family team consisting of mother and sons get their storybook
weddings for satisfied customers through an interview process before the wedding.
Marge, a former photojournalist and editor for a Fortune 500 company, claims
her combination of skills as photographer, writer, listener, and mother guide
her in this process.
“ We ask our customers what they do not want, as much as what they want
during our initial interview process, because all our weddings are customer-driven,
whether they are a small, impromptu gathering at an upscale restaurant, or a
very upscale, large wedding with many events happening simultaneously,” said
Marge.
“ We are proud of the fact that we accommodate all budgets and requests
with the highest quality and customer service possible. Custom albums range in
all sizes and prices, up to and including coffee table-sized books imported from
Australia made from leather, wood, or metal.”
